Landscape Design $300-6,000+
Your new or updated outdoor space starts here! No matter what you're looking for, a good design is the roadmap to a new residential landscape.
Our detailed landscape design plans provide you with a clear image of the changes you seek for your unique property. Whether you need front yard updates or a complete landscape transformation, we can help you create the landscape design you've been dreaming of.
Your design includes:
- To-scale 2D drawing of the site plan
- Hardscape and landscape feature locations
- Pictures for inspiration
- Plant images
- 3D and color designs, as well as construction documentation, are available upon request for an additional cost and timeline
- Our design projects will include installation by our crew—we typically don't do design-only projects

WH Boyer Landscape Services is a design-build firm specializing in unique projects. We generally work with stone and pavers, but we will do concrete if there is an unusual design involved or if it includes stone or paver detailing. If you are interested in a pool with a standard concrete deck, we would not be the ideal option for you.
Pools start around $100,000; a pool with a paver or stone deck ranges from $100,000-200,000 and up. There are many features you can add to your pool area that will change the price of the project:
- Paver pool deck: $12,000-60,000+
- Tanning ledge: $6,500+
- Spa: $18,000-25,000+
- Pool landscaping: $10,000-40,000+
- Retaining/sitting walls: $10,000-100,000+
(engineering for walls over 3 feet tall starts at $1,500) - Water features: $5,000-20,000+
- Fire pits: $3,500-8,000+
- Fireplaces: $10,000-30,000+
- Pool pavilion or structure: $35,000-80,000+
Landscape Maintenance $2,500-25,000+ per year
We offer maintenance services for our clients. These services are customized on a monthly, quarterly, or spring-and-fall schedule and may include:
- General bed cleanup
- Weed removal or spraying
- Defining bed edges
- Seasonal flower rotations
- Mulching
- Pruning
- Removing unhealthy growth
- Plant inspection/quality control
- Fertilizer and pre-emergent weed control
- Weekly mowing (we do not offer bi-weekly or monthly mowing)
Optional Services:*
- Aeration and overseeding: $500 and up per visit (once yearly in the fall only)
- Leaf blowing/removal services: $175 per hour and up per visit (offered as a 5-visit package)
- Pruning of landscape plants under 12': $175 per hour and up per visit (2-4 visit packages available)
These prices cover a majority of what it takes to keep your landscape maintained in pristine shape throughout the year. The major drivers of changing prices are the square footage of turf area and mulch beds, as well as the amount of plant material or tree coverage. Many of these services are completed within a single visit when desired. Our customers choose the services they need for custom landscaping plans designed to fit their property and lifestyle.
*All pricing is based on the specifics of your property's features (size of turf to be maintained and size of landscape beds, etc.). There is not one cookie-cutter price that fits everyone's property.
Landscape Lighting $1,750-$10,000+

- Retrofit your old halogen lights with LED lights and save money!
Use this guide to help you budget for landscape lighting:
- Standard lighting using Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting (pathway lighting, up lighting trees and house): ~$350 per fixture with a 5-light minimum. *
- Advanced installations: (moonlighting in trees, lighting in hardscapes, deck step rise installation, etc.) Installation would be on a time ($100 per man hour) + material basis.
- Renovate your existing Halogen lighting system with new LED energy-saving bulbs: $100 per man-hour plus the cost of materials.
*Includes all labor and materials, including a 150W transformer for installation.
