After we receive your form, we will call you within 48 business hours to brainstorm possible solutions. If we're a good fit, we'll set up a time to come and visit you at your property.

During the on-site visit, our landscapers will listen carefully to what you have in mind. Given our 60+ years of local experience, we can accurately assess your project and may give you some ideas you had not even considered! We'll spend about 30 minutes talking things through with you. If your project requires a design, we'll discuss the design process.

If a design is required, you will receive a design agreement. After you sign the agreement and pay the design fee, we'll come back to your property to take photos and measurements. An expert landscape designer will then get started on your design. We'll let you know when you can expect to receive it, and we can schedule a time to meet with you again to review and talk about the project, typically two weeks later.

A WH Boyer landscape designer will present your design on-site. All parties involved will get their own copy to review and make changes if desired. You will have a chance to ask questions and suggest revisions. We're happy to work with you to arrive at a plan that is right for your property and budget.

After working on revisions, we will present the final design to you for approval. When we have reached an agreement on the final design, we can write up a clear and detailed proposal. We will then accept an initial 33% deposit, order your materials, and get you on our installation schedule!

We always order everything we'll need before we start your project so that you're not stuck with a messy property for an extended period of time. Our team shows up when we say we will, and we won't stop until the job is complete. If there are any necessary delays or needed changes, we'll clearly communicate those with you so you're never left wondering what's going on at your property. We'll accept another 33% of the total cost when work begins.

When installation is complete, we'll accept the final 33% of the project cost and do a walkthrough of your property with you to be sure everything is to your satisfaction. We'll talk about any warranties in place and discuss how to properly maintain the new landscape to keep it looking great for years to come. Depending on the type of work we've done for you, we may also offer you maintenance options.
